SANDSTONE - PRIVATE RESIDENCE, UPPER WEST SIDE
Built in 1925 this sixteen story Prewar was designed by the accomplished architect Emery Roth. It is located on one of the premier Upper West Sides Museum blocks. Designed in the Italian renaissance style, this co-op features exterior decorative sandstone arches surrounding the third story windows. During a much-needed renovation, Opus color matched over 200 newly cast stones to resemble the building’s beautiful original sandstone.
